Promotion rules

- Organiser: Refers to Boomerang-bet.com, the entity responsible for organizing and managing the VIP Players Promo advertising campaign.
- Participant(s): Individuals who meet the eligibility criteria to take part in the campaign.
- Qualifying Bet: A qualifying bet is defined as a bet placed by a participant during the promotion period that meets the following conditions:

• Product: Sports betting only

• Minimum Bet Amount: 1,000 EUR per bet

- Ticket: A virtual entry linked to a Participant’s account, earned through qualifying bets, and used to participate in the prize draws.

2.1 The "Promotional Advertising Campaign for VIP Players" is an advertising campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") organized by Boomerang-bet.com.
2.2 The Campaign is valid from 00:00 CET on June 4, 2025, to 23:59 CET on July 4, 2025.
2.3 Promotion is available exclusively for sports betting and does not apply to online casino games.

3.1 New and previously registered players on Boomerang-bet.com are eligible to participate in this Promotion. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
3.2 Players with self-exclusion, restrictions, or account limitations preventing them from placing the required Qualifying Bet cannot participate.
3.3 To participate in the Promotion, the Participant must complete the following steps:

• Notify their VIP manager of their intent to participate.

• Place a Qualifying Bet of at least 1,000 EUR on sports betting.

3.4 Each bet of 1,000 EUR is equivalent to one (1) Ticket. For example, a bet of 2,000 EUR earns two (2) Tickets.
3.5 Participants may collect an unlimited number of Tickets, provided all Promotion rules and eligibility criteria are met.
3.6 Any Participants found to have provided false, inaccurate, or incomplete information shall be disqualified, and any prize awarded to such entrant shall be deemed null and void.
3.7. Special Offer (Referral program)

3.7.1 Participants may receive bonus Tickets through the referral program. For every €1,000 wagered by a referred friend, the referring Participant will be credited with two (2) additional Tickets.
3.7.2 To qualify, the referred friend must meet all eligibility criteria applicable to Participants and must notify their assigned VIP manager upon registration.
3.7.3 The Organiser reserves the right to verify all referrals and wagers. Any suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms may result in disqualification from the referral program and forfeiture of any awarded Tickets.

4.1 Winners shall be selected based on the total number of Tickets accumulated during the Promotion period. The more Tickets a Participant has, the higher their chances of winning.
4.2 The Prize Fund shall be distributed as follows:

• First Place: The winner shall receive two (2) VIP tickets for an AC Milan home match, including round-trip airfare and hotel accommodation.

• Second Place: The winner shall receive two (2) VIP tickets for an AC Milan home match, including round-trip airfare and hotel accommodation.

• Third Place: The winner shall receive two (2) VIP tickets for an AC Milan home match.

4.2.1 All tickets shall be for an AC Milan home match held in Milan, Italy, as part of Serie A, Coppa Italia, UEFA Champions League, or any other official competition in which AC Milan participates. The selection of the match shall be subject to ticket availability, and the Organizer shall make reasonable efforts to accommodate the winner’s preference.
4.2.2 The Organizer does not guarantee the availability of tickets for any specific match and reserves the right to allocate an alternative match at its sole discretion or, where feasible, in consultation with the winner. The match schedule, including dates, times, and venue, is determined by the respective competition organizers and may be subject to changes beyond the control of both the AC Milan and the Organizer. The Organizer shall not be liable for any modifications, rescheduling, or cancellations made by third-party organizers.

4.3 Winner Selection Process

4.3.1 A ranking table of all Participants shall be maintained, based on the total number of Tickets accumulated. The table shall be updated twice—once at the midpoint of the Promotion and once upon its conclusion. The designated VIP managers shall be responsible for tracking and verifying the number of Tickets collected by each Participant. The ranking table shall display the top ten (10) Participants, identified by their logins. Upon the conclusion of the Promotion, the final ranking data shall be verified and updated on the designated landing page within two (2) days. The Organizer reserves the right to audit, verify, and amend the rankings in case of any discrepancies before officially confirming the winners.
4.3.2 The top three participants in the ranking table shall be eligible to receive the corresponding prizes based on their final position:

• The participant ranked first shall receive the first-place prize.

• The participant ranked second shall receive the second-place prize.

• The participant ranked third shall receive the third-place prize.

4.3.3 In the event of a tie (where two or more participants have the same number of Tickets), the Organiser shall determine the ranking based on the highest total amount wagered on online betting during the Promotion period. The participant with the largest cumulative bet volume shall be placed higher in the ranking.

4.4 The winners shall be contacted directly by their assigned VIP managers via the contact details provided during registration to confirm their prize and provide further instructions for prize distribution. If a winner fails to respond within the timeframe specified in Clause 5.1, they shall forfeit their prize.
4.5 The prize fund for this Promotion is fully funded by the Organiser from its own financial resources.

5.1 For prizes involving travel or similar arrangements, the winner and their designated companion must provide all necessary personal information, including but not limited to full legal name, valid passport or identification details, and contact information. Failure to do so shall result in automatic forfeiture of the prize, and the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner at its sole discretion.
5.2 For travel-related prizes, the winner and their designated companion must provide valid passport details and any additional documentation required for international travel. The winner and their designated companion further agree to the processing of such data solely for the purposes of organizing and delivering the prize. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any issues related to passport validity, visa requirements, or entry restrictions. It is the sole responsibility of the winner and their designated companion to ensure they meet all travel requirements.
5.3 Travel Arrangements and Responsibilities

• The Organiser shall cover round-trip airfare and two (2) nights' hotel accommodation for winners residing within the European Union.

• Winners residing outside the European Union shall be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of travel to a designated European location, from which the Organiser will then provide onward flights to the event destination.

5.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or any other alternative, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Organiser. The winner and their designated companion must personally attend the event, and substitution of attendees is not permitted.
5.5 The winner and their designated companion shall be solely responsible for all personal travel arrangements, including transportation to and from the airport. The Organiser accepts no liability for missed flights, flight cancellations, or any other travel disruptions outside of its control.
5.6 Missed or Cancelled Flights

5.6.1 If a winner fails to board their outbound flight or is denied boarding for any reason, they shall bear full responsibility for any resulting costs. The Organiser retains sole discretion regarding any potential compensation or rebooking.
5.6.2 If a winner fails to board their return flight, they shall be solely responsible for arranging and covering all return travel expenses. The Organiser shall not be liable for any associated costs.

5.7 The winner is responsible for check-in/check-out procedures and compliance with hotel policies. Any complaints, damages, or disputes with the hotel are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6.1 Winners shall not be entitled to claim any additional compensation, reimbursement, or benefits beyond what is expressly stated in the prize description, including but not limited to meals, incidental expenses, or personal costs incurred during the trip.
6.2 The Organiser shall cover the cost of a return flight to the winner’s original departure city but shall not be liable for any additional return transportation costs, such as taxis or other local transfers.
6.3 The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, substitute, or cancel any prize in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to legal restrictions, force majeure events, or changes in availability.
6.4 By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities (e.g., interviews, photos) without additional

7.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old.
7.2 Late, incomplete, or otherwise non-compliant entries will be disqualified.
7.3 The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.5 By participating in this promotion, entrants are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of the Boomerang-bet.com website, and agree to be legally bound by them. 7.6 Prizes shall be awarded strictly in accordance with applicable laws and subject to the entrant's compliance with the General Terms and Conditions and these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. If the Organiser reasonably determines that an entrant has acted unlawfully, fraudulently, or in violation of the General Terms and Conditions or these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, or if the entrant engages in any prohibited activities as outlined in the General Terms and Conditions, the Organiser reserves the right to withhold, refuse, or void the award of any Prize to that entrant.
7.7 By entering this promotion, you agree that the Organiser and any associated companies may use information collected in this marketing or customer relationship management campaign, strictly for purposes necessary for the management of this campaign.
7.8 Certain events may occur due to regulatory and/or legal requirements, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of Organiser that result in Organiser extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, varying or suspending these Terms and Conditions and/or the awarding of Prizes at any point prior to the end of the promotion.
7.9 The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, including adjusting the promotion's duration, without prior notice. Any updates will be published here, and continued participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
7.10 The Organiser is not responsible for technical issues, errors, or delays that may affect participation or prize distribution.
7.11 The Organiser’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
7.12 For the purposes of this promotion, any monetary value reads as ‘or currency equivalent’ in all places.
7.13 These Terms and Conditions were originally written in English. In the event of any discrepancies or deviations between the English version and versions in other languages, the English version shall prevail.
